I have over 21years experience my specialty is you. Offering Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy I'am able to cater to the individual needs of my clients.

Myofascia Release- It is used to evaluate and treat restrictions in the body's connective tissue (muscles and fascia). Fascia is a complex supportive web throughout the body that affects all components of the muscloskeletal, nervous and visceral systems. It is a very gentle yet very effective hands-on manual therapy using sustained pressure into restrictions in the fascial system to eliminate pain and restore motion and function to the body.

Neuromuscular therapy (sometimes referred to as trigger point therapy)- Uses advanced concepts in triggerpoint therapy to return the body to normal neuromuscular balance. This type of massage is used for pain relief and specific problems, which are addressed through systematic and site specific massage. NMT reduces pain, tension, postural imbalance, and lengthens and strengthens tissues. The goal is to help relieve the pain and dysfunction by understanding and alleviating the underlying cause.

Sports Massage-The main purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively. The massage will help prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. Sports massage can help prevent injuries whether a person is an athlete or a once a week jogger.

Deep Tissue- Deep tissue techniques are generally designed for more focused massage work. Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage.

Swedish-This style utilizes long, flowing strokes, often but not necessarily in the direction of the heart. Swedish massage is designed to increase circulation and blood flow.

Swedish massage also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management.
