I have compiled a few recipes that I enjoy.I hope that you find them enjoyable as well as helpful in getting you started .Making the transition into a healthier you will take some time .So try eating like this for about 2 weeks and see how you feel. This is meant to be a life style change . However, I know that not every program is for everybody.
If you give it a try for about 2 weeks then you can decide if you would like to continue or not. I will continue to add more recipes periodically.Please feel free to leave your ideas or recipes.We should not eat are fruits and vegetables together,fruit salads are fine, nor should we drink with are meals do the best you can and Enjoy !
I have been Vegan for over 5 years now . However , not all the recipes at this time reflect this lifestyle. I understand it takes some people a little time before this can be achieved . I highly encourage making this transition for the Planet for the animals and for your health .
